We know that you want the final pet art to be an elegant piece. We want that, too! One of the most important part of the final quality is the quality of image you upload. Please kindly review the following guidance to make sure yours is just right:

Close up photos work best!

  • Pet facing camera at eye level
  • Face & neck are clearly visible

    Great lighting

  • In natural daylight or a brightly lit room
  • Avoid overly filtered photos to ensure we correctly capture your pet's coloring

    The angles you prefer

  • Different angles are welcomed. Our artist will choose the best angle in the final art

    Don’t worry! We understand it’s not always possible to follow all of the guidelines above, especially for the pets that have passed away. Our team will reach out and communicate with you to make it work.
