Thank you for trusting Pettsup. Our #1 priority is your and your pet’s happiness and satisfaction. Either you or your pet doesn’t like our products, just reach out to us and we will happily refund 100% of your purchase.
For the customized items, due to the nature of these products, your custom artwork is designed with care and is entirely personal to you and your pet, so we cannot offer returns. If you received the wrong product, and incorrect size or print, or your product was damaged in transit, we will of course replace it without question. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order in this case.
Our return policy is simple and worry-free. If you’re not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever, return it! We’ll happily accept packages within 30 days of the receipt of shipment and we’ll give you a complete refund. All we ask is why you are unsatisfied and we will know how we can do better next time!

1. Send an email to our customer service team at [email protected] with your order id and why you are not happy!
2. Our customer service team will verify the purchase and communicate the return instructions with you.
3. Package it up and drop it off at the local post office. Done!
It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. After receiving your return, we will process your return within 48 hours. Refunds may take 5-10 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
