Care & Assembly

Everything you need to set up your pet's new bed and keep it in perfect condition.

Quick Start Guide

Step 1

Unbox & Let the Foam Expand

Remove all components from the packaging: the bed cover, the bolster insert (long, fluffy cushion), and the orthopedic foam pad. Lay the foam flat and give it 24 hours to fully expand — some initial creases are normal and will smooth out.

Step 2

Insert the Bolster (Rim Cushioning)

Find the zipper along the inner edge of the bed's rim. Take the long, fluffy bolster insert and feed it into the opening. Push it through the channel so it circles the entire bed evenly, then zip the compartment closed. This creates the cozy raised edge your pet will love to rest against.

Step 3

Insert the Orthopedic Foam Base

Locate the zipper for the main bottom compartment (you may need to flip the cover over). Place the egg-crate foam pad inside with the textured side facing up for maximum comfort. Make sure the foam lies flat and fits snugly into the corners, then zip it closed.

Step 4

Final Assembly

Flip the bed right-side up if needed. Give the bolster a gentle fluff to ensure it's evenly distributed around the rim. Place the bed in your pet's favorite spot — the non-slip base will keep it secure on any floor. Your pet's cozy retreat is ready!

Good to Know

  • When inserting the bolster, work slowly and use both hands to guide it through the channel. If it bunches up, unzip and redistribute before closing.
  • The waterproof layer may make a slight crinkle sound when your pet steps on it — this is completely normal and most pets adjust quickly.
  • For pets who like to stretch out when they sleep, consider sizing up. Measure your pet while sleeping to find the best fit.
  • The egg-crate foam design promotes airflow, keeping your pet cool and comfortable in any season.
