• May take longer to produce and ship than standard items
• Must be approved by you before final production begins

You are responsible for ensuring all customization details (pet names, text, size, etc.) are correct before approving production.

• Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You must inspect shipments upon receipt and report any damage or discrepancies immediately

• Most items can be returned within 90 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
• Custom and personalized items are final sale unless defective
